Refund and Return Policy

Iconic Signs & Graphics LLC, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality signage, graphics, vehicle wraps, and related services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds, ensuring transparency and protection for both parties.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within
24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. If the order has not entered production, we will issue a
full refund.
- If the order has already entered production, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred up to that point.
- Expedited orders cannot be canceled once production has started due to their accelerated timelines.
2. Returns and Refunds Due to Quality Issues
If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, customers must notify us within
7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a claim, customers must provide:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or problem.
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will:
- Repair, replace, or reprint the affected signage or graphics at no additional cost to the customer.
- Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
Note: Slight color variations, material texture differences, or minor imperfections inherent to the production process are not considered defects.
3. Returns and Refunds Due to Customer Error
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review all design proofs, specifications, and order details before approval. Refunds or returns will not be issued for errors caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors in approved designs.
- Incorrect dimensions, measurements, or materials provided by the customer.
- Incorrect shipping or installation details provided during the ordering process.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all proofs and specifications to avoid such errors.
4. Delays Due to Permitting and Government Approvals
Permitting and approval processes involving government or regulatory bodies can cause delays. While we assist in submitting the necessary documentation, we cannot control the timeline for permit approval or governmental processes. Refunds or returns will not be issued for delays caused by:
- Permit processing times.
- Requests for additional documentation or revisions by the permitting authority.
We recommend customers plan projects with sufficient time to account for these potential delays.
5. Responsibility for Electrical Work
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, we are not responsible for any electrical work performed by third parties. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that components we install are in proper working order at the time of installation. We are not liable for:
- Electrical issues arising from work performed by others.
- Existing electrical infrastructure or connections outside our scope of work.
It is the customer’s responsibility to hire licensed professionals for additional electrical work if needed.
6. Vehicle Graphics and Wraps
For vehicle graphics and wraps, the following additional conditions apply:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle surface is clean and free of damage before installation. We cannot guarantee adhesion or quality on damaged or improperly prepared surfaces.
- Slight color variations between panels may occur due to material differences and are not considered defects.
- We are not liable for damages caused by improper washing, maintenance, or care after installation. Please follow our care instructions for best results.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We rely on third-party shipping companies (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for deliveries. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot:
- Guarantee specific delivery dates.
- Be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
We recommend customers plan their projects with sufficient lead time to account for potential shipping delays.
8. Return Process
To initiate a return or claim, customers must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Our team will review the request and provide instructions for next steps if a return is approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
9. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within
7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
10. Force Majeure
Iconic Signs & Graphics LLC is not liable for any delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, or material shortages. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify the customer and minimize disruptions.
11. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on our signage and graphics products for a period of
90 days from the date of installation or delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation by third parties.
- Damage due to environmental factors, such as extreme weather or vandalism.
- Wear and tear from normal usage or improper maintenance.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.
12. Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity of your signage and graphics. We provide care instructions for all products upon installation or delivery. Failure to follow these instructions may void any warranty or claims of defect.
13. Installation Conditions
The customer must ensure that the installation site is accessible, safe, and ready for work. Delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges. Weather conditions that prevent safe installation may require rescheduling at no fault of Iconic Signs & Graphics LLC.
14. Policy Updates
By placing an order with
Iconic Signs & Graphics LLC, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
